Okay I am getting mixed messages about the DLC.

I just purchased Dragon Age Origins used for the 360. However while I do intend to buy Shale and the rest of the DLC. I do want to purchase the Blood Dragon armor. The Wikia is telling

The code is only redeemable once, secondhand buyers of Dragon Age: Origins can purchase the DLC separately for $10.

However you can't purchase it on Xbox.com. Even more strange is how you can download the Blood Dragon armor on xbox.com for Mass Effect 2, for free. However I myself own ME2 for the PC and am a little confused as to this

The Blood Dragon Armour isn't buyable, as far as I know (and you wouldn't want to pay $10 for it anyway). The only DLC that is available for purchase is Warden's Keep and Shale. The rest were bonuses for pre-ordering, collector's editions, playing Journeys, etc.
