Stuck in first Archangel mission

Trying to shut the shutter doors. Seems like I need to jum over the railing to continue down the hallway. But I've pressed every key on the keyboard and nothing makes Shepard jump. Looks like my teammate can do it. Why not me. I downloaded the game so I have no manual. Please help.

Whenever you are in cover, you have the option to jump over the cover object by pressing the forwards key + the cover key

Yep... wrong forum.
Archangel is ME 2 recruit mission.
But like GrayTrader say you need push both move forward and cover buttons to made jump over obstacle. (actually i found that part rather easy to do)

Wrong forum, but you're supposed to W + Shift to jump over obstacles.

By "Download", do you mean to say... an .iso or some other "backup" of the game?
Y'know, which is... illegal. Because I assume that if you download the official game, it comes with a PDF manual for viewing.
A torrent, usually doesn't. ;D
