Have you tried starting the game, making sure you are logged in and connected to the server? And that Update Character Profile is ticked? Then load up a character, and make a new save (not a quick save) in a new slot (not over an old save).

This should cause it to appear - unless there is some other problem. Have you checked that your router or firewall are not blocking uploads? Sometimes you need to create exceptions for these. Have you checked the FAQ to see if there might be some other problem?

In short, what have you tried to fix the problem, if there is a problem? Without information it's hard to be helpful.

Did you check the firewall and router? One reason for lack of uploading is: your router or firewall is blocking ports needed by the game - these include ports 80, 443, and 18081.

Edit: Or you could try this: run <services.msc> from the <run> command then find the dragon age
downloader/updater and force start it.

I don't have a console, and there are some differences, but most things work the same as with the pc. Ordinarily, your data should upload each time you make a new hard save (not a quick save) if you are logged in and connected to the server. Achievements will appear very quickly (immediately for all practical purposes), but characters may not appear for some time depending on various delays. However, even before they appear as characters they should be there in the profile diagnostics page.

If no data is uploading at all, and you have done the above, then there is some other problem, which you need to isolate by trying various things one at a time.
