The Architect:

I wan tto kill him and loot his corpse for his amor. It looks freaking badd**s!

Anyone else diggin his armor?

I'd prefer it for my warrior, but since he is an emissary, maybe it'll have some magic stats on it.

There is no information on the page I am not saying I know but do some research on the character in the book this guy just seems like one of his lackeys

The Architect is a darkspawn that was born different. This guy is obviously some kind of Hurlock Emissary, so he fits the bill. The other charcter with the piercings and stuff looks nothing like a darkspawn.

Also, there's plenty of info on that page, you just have to click the spoiler box.

Sorry, but I asked wether Bioware confirmed it. Not wether a player posted an image to the wikia. But that is answer enough - one person posts their speculation as fact to the wiki and now it is accepted.

A confirmation from Bioware would have been if that image had been posted and labeled as "the Architect" here

 The referencing to the Architect as your nemesis coupled with the picture with the text "be ready to meet your new nemesis" in this:  http://pc.ign.com/ar.../1058656p1.html interview would lead me to think that skeletor is indeed the architect.

Otherwse, it's very misleading to say the least.

Said this in another post today already, but i would have thought the skinny mage-sort of guy with the funny arcane hat thingie was the architect.    From the book he sounded very mage-like.  This dude, is cool, but wearing rogue/warrior clothes. Now, if this *is* the architect, my mage wants to wear chain too darnit!

This is something I've been wondering from when they released the 1st trailer for Awakening- Is the Architect the skeletor looking hurlock or is it the undead looking wizard guy? My guess is that the talking darkspawn skeletor looking hurlock is the Architect, but then who is Mr. Undead Wizard Hat? Curious minds want to know!

Neither "Skeletor" nor "the Lich Guy" have a hand missing

Thoug someone suggested in another thread a while back that Utha might actually be seen at the beginning of the trailer at 0:27 with the Lich Guy. Obviously speculation, but who knows?

Grr, Bioware. Unless the taint can make the Architect regenerate limbs like Piccolo from DBZ, you better have a good reason to go against Dave's background story. Yes, that does look like Utha. Doesn't that make it seem more likely for him to be the Architect then since Utha is following him around?

Well Utha is supposed to be showing up so hey

Both the chainmail guy and funnyhat guy do magic. Chainmail guy, yes could be arcane warrior I guess, he uses a kick-arse sword and shield I would also like lol

They both do magic *if* this is the same dude. The facial markings are different around the eye, but maybe the guy likes a bit of makeup to fancy up for the screenshots some days, who knows.

I'll see if I have screenshots saved from a video they put out a while ago when announcing Awakenings. I think the armor color was different too. Heavier looking than what was on this page. But I do remember he used magic. So confusing.
