Can't use either codes, emailed EA, still waiting (4 days now) for a reply. Tried the chat option 4 times, waited an average of 12 minutes only to kicked from cue. As I'm typing I'm on hold for an agent on the phone, hope I've got good news for you all....

Well I tried the chat again and spoke to someone else and he ended up activating my cerberus network and gave me a new code for the collectors edition DLC.
Total night and day when comparing one support guy ot the next.

Tested everything out and it all works now. Im downloading all the CE content and the cerberus content right now. I suggest anyone with the sme issue does the live chat , tells them your codes arent working and they will fix it up for you.

Update - Called EA customer service, afte a considerable wait , they were very helpful in getting the DLC opened up for me. They might need some info from you about your copy, but it was a fairly painless process getting it turned on. (If you're reading this, EA, thank you very much!) Oh by the way its worth the wait ;-)

I had a simliar problem to those mentioned above, but once I registered my game issue resolved itself, can only suggest giving that a try if you havent already.

Same problem with Terminus Armor here, i cant't get it to work it says "Code not recognized, please check that you have entered it correctly." !!
