I purchsed the DA:O Collector's Edition at the local gamestop, registered every code in the box, and still cannot download the Stone Prisoner quest or the character Shale and have seen neither hide nor hair of a Blood Dragon Armor.
According to http://dragonage.bioware.com/addon/ I should have recieved a code in the box, yet got only the code cards for Feral Wolf Charm/Memory Band and Bergen's Honor/Final Reason/Grimoire of the Frozen Wastes.
Any help appreciated, I want to get the extra content I paid for.
DA:O CE can't access Stone Prisoner DLC

Tagging this thread as I'd like to see the replies, I have the Digital Deluxe version of this game and have not received the promotion codes for the bonus content either.

Not sure what to tell you, honestly Stone Prisoner DLC and Dragon Armor were on the same card.

Well did I manage to get the only CE that didn't have them packaged? Like I said, I only recieved 2 cards, the Gamestop exclusive card and the 3 item card.

If it was packaged, it could have been a problem with the collectors edition for gamestop. :/ I wouldn't be surprised if those actually were altered by mistake but highly doubtful. Did you make sure you did not drop it or anything? Also was your packaged tampered with on purchase, such as not wrapped totally in plastic?
If not of that is the problem, maybe you can get support from EA or Bioware with a copy of the receipt and receve a code from them.
Edit: Clearly my typing is subpar when I'm half asleep.

No, I didn't drop anything, don't be insulting. It's been several days and I've made sure any and all other possibilities were eliminated.
I paid for a product and I'd like everything I paid for. Are there no Tech support/CSR's observing the forums at all?

Well since you have the Digital Version as well from Steam (I'm assuming its from steam) then this thread should help you out. http://social.biowar...58/index/114442 I still suggest contacting EA and/or Bioware about the physical copy you have thats missing the voucher code.

I don't have a digital copy. I bought a physical collector's edition from Gamestop and inside the case should have been a card for the Stone Prisoner DLC. It wasn't there.
I'm assuming you're trying to be helpful but please, unless you have direct access to whoever is supposed to be providing the damn customer support please stop 'helping'.

My mistake, that was intended for tahl20 but you two have the same avatar so I mistook it for you. If you're gonna complain about suggestions to help you, maybe you should be looking for a solution to your problem yourself when the simplest is to contact them directly.... There is a link at the bottom that says "Contact Us" but I guess you didn't see that either.

@ Dekanos: Perhaps he was replying to the fellow above who DOES have the digital copy? Also, there will be no official support provided on this forum as per the sticky at the top of this forum. So please get your panties unknotted and be kind to the people who are trying to help. No one HERE is obligated to you. That's what EA's site is for.

@OnesOwnGrief - Thanks for the reply, I actually used GamersGate, but results seem to be similar for both. I'm still waiting for EA support to reply to me. I've downloaded a lot of games, but this is the first time downloading something with bonus content etc... don't think I'll be doing that again.
