I purchased the Digital Deluxe version, and while I received a serial number with the purchase I did not receive a promotion code to download the bonus content. I read through the massive 17 pages of Digital download unofficial FAQ found in this forum, but it was not able to answer my question. Where can I find my promotion code since I purchased the digital download version?

This may or may not help, but if you preordered and preloaded through Direct2Download, you have to go back and hit the "Download" button again to get all of your codes. Hope it helps.

Sorta... I used GamersGate.... but they don't download in the same way. Still waiting for support to answer/resolve.
