and let me just start off by saying .. wow shep can be a ass
but now to the point to me it seems like the crew's personality changes with renegade and paragon
yes i understand that it should make different dialogue with people ..
but how dose that change who the person is...
ex: jacob's loyalty if you play good he dose not kill his dad if you play evil he dose but what really got me thinking about this is right be for he kills his dad he said some thing along the lines "he's lucky i dont even think he is worth the pulling the trigger"
then shep say
*mind control powers activate* " i implore you to reconsider!!" www.youtube.com/watch
ok ill kill him (some thing along those lines)
so dose any one eles see this happen... where the crew's personality changes

Edit:
On topic: Yeah, Shepard influences the crew a lot. But I think I would pay attention to the guy who killed a Reaper as well.

Actually, that makes sense to me. He is planning on killing him because he is angry, humiliated, and disappointed. The whole mission, he gets more and more disheartened. There's no denial. He immediately makes the assumption his father is a sociopath. Paragon Shep talks him down. What's going to happen? "I'm sorry dad, I forgive you"? No. There's nothing left to say. He's no longer angry enough to kill the guy, he sees reason, but he hates it and he wants to show him that he's one bullet away from death.
I think there have been movie quotes along the same lines, "I'd kill you, but you're not worth the ammo". Its kind of like, "I'm not really going to kill you, but here's an intimidating excuse that I won't, to show I feel no sympathy."

It's not about changing who they are. If you think you would do something in a situation it might be true. Then again until you are in that situation you honestly have no idea how you would react or what you would do. You have even less of an idea of the influence a friend could have over your actions in both a positive or negative way depending on their influence.
Peer pressure aside, Shepard is a leader of men and people follow him when he speaks. He has that charisma.

Yes.
Jacob: "I should kill you, you deserve it, but I won't, cause I'm better than that."
Shep: "Actually, I vote he's a piece of crap and deserves to die here and now"
