Can she do this without you having to romance her? I always forget to feed them (let me tell you how relieved I was when I found out I didn't have to
feed my space hamster, I don't think I could've forgiven myself if I
forgot to feed that one) and they end up dying on me. T.T

you have to at least advance to dinner, and talk to her after that so she can mention the fish... Dinner alone will not fully trigger her " fling"

You need to invite her up to dinner but you don't actually have to romance her. You can do a 'just friends' style relationship.

After wich mission do i have the option to invite her to dinner ? I saw in one of the vids on youtube that it happen after you recruit Samara but it didn't happen in my game so can someone help me out here ?! PLS
