Import your ME1 Shep. Once you wake up go to the squad menu and your face code is in the top left corner.

This didn't work for me with my ME1 import FYI. I had to completely recreate him from scratch and once I did the face code was completely different. Luckily I always made my ME1 Shepards look the same so I was able to recreate him fairly quickly before tweeking his facial hair.

I just looked at my imported ME1 character and he doesn't have a facecode either. Only me2 characters get them. Thats sad because I got way better results from the me1 face creator.

So there is no way to get the face code for my ME1 character?

I was NOT impressed with the ME2 face customization interface. The lighting is so bad that you can't really see how your selections are working. The ME1 interface was better, though still not stellar. This is something I hope they really work on for ME3, since Shepard got the Lazarus Project Extreme Makeover, you would think that he/she wouldn't be limited to Alliance haircuts, for instance. Honestly, having a female Shepard speaking to Miranda is just cruel. Shepard's supposed to be the prettiest girl at the dance, not Miranda.

The code will show up for your ME1 character when you start a New Game+ with it. It was the only way I could get my codes for mine. The problem is, the code isn't accurate, at least for recreated ME1 characters. I had to recreate my character from scratch because of that.

this sucks, oh well thanks anyway. Bioware really dropped the ball with the character creation system, it blows, i feel like there were better ones on the N64
