This might have been posted before, but here it goes.
Usually the reapers shut of the relays to stop organic life from being organized enough to fight back effectivly, but what if there is another reason?

Could it be that they can be used as a giant mass effect cannon against them? They must be able to get things pretty fast, and you can certanly aim them, else the couldn't get things to different plants.

After all, if I civ that is less advanced than the reapers can make a reaper-killing cannon, im sure the reapers themselves can too.

Thoughts?
