so running a Nvidia 9800+ Quad Core 4 GB Ram on Window Vista 32bit.

When (and every) time I hit the finishing blow on the boss puzzle in the Anvil of Void area, (the rotating heads and spirits) The game crashes.  Every time. I even made sure my drivers were up to date and that I was running on the most recent patch.  Any help here would be nice, but either way, I'm reporting the bug.

I just ran into exactly the same problem. Doesn't seem hardware / driver related as I'm running Windows 7 64bit, on a i7 @ 3.07 Ghz, Nvidia GTX 275 and 9 GB RAM.
