Fixing multiple gamertags on one EA ID account not reflected on Bioware Social

This week, we accidentally associated 2 Xbox Live gamertags to the same EA ID upon signing into Dragon Age: Origins for the Xbox 360, which made my fiancee's characters show up on my current Bioware Social account. I managed to get the gamertag association fixed, however, my fiancee's characters are not uploading to her Bioware Social account and all of her achievements are still present under this account. I don't really know where this issue would fall under since technically this is a website issue and not a game issue, so I'm posting it here. 

Any help from the site tech team would be great!
