Does it have the same system requirements as DAO Game?

Can it be run in a "low requirements-mode"?

well the toolset doesn't have limitation in the same sense. it's level/area design that will press requirements but if you are willing to work with the other aspects then the requirements are alot less then the game. you can disable graphics and so on.
