Yeah, but domination comes in handy. thats the only reason I got her was for the power she is actually annoying. I like samara better shes more get the hell away from me type of attitude, and gently lets me down for the sexin lol.

You have to pass a Paragon/Renegade check when you are at her apartment. If you say "Can't uhhh think." or something like that, Samara will kill her without giving you the option.

yeah but i just need to know what things to say and then the final choice to say so that i kill samara and bring morinth. each time iv done it before i can only keep samara

Its during Samara's Loyalty quest. So, get Samara and her quest. Its the renegade option for completion.

Once you are in her apartment, if you have high enough Renegade or Paragon you can resist her mind control. Even if you do this, you can keep her. Either way, Samara bursts in and they start fighting. You're given a dialogue option to pick one to kill.

Be aware that Morinth's third dialogue check is VERY difficult as Renegade; it's easier as Paragon, which is ironic because most Paragons would choose to kill Morinth anyway.



The earlier in the game you attempt it, the easier it is.

Idk but it is really pissing me because this is like my fourth play through and right now i am almost full renegade and still can't get past the third check!!!!!

If you get Morinth, is Dominate unlocked for all Shepards, even ones that don't recruit her?

Yes, as soon as you complete the loyalty mission the power should be available for you.

Based on a previous thread, it's thought that how you talk to her in the bar plays a part too. It's not PURELY a renegade/paragon thing--as many people (including me) have gotten her with little more than a half bar. And I even had the paragon option available (blue), with maybe 25% filled.

The important thing to remember is---she has to OFFER to join you. Not the other way around. That means she has to be VERY interested in Shepard. So you better do everything perfectly, and answer every question in the bar correctly. There's a difference between "getting her to take you to her apartment to try to suck you dry" and "getting her so interested that she actually wants to join you and tag along". The latter is harder.

So, pay close attention to what Nef says in her journal, and what Samara says before you actually talk to her in the bar.  If she doesn't enthusiastically agree with every answer you give---might want to re-load.

Correct Responses to Morinth's questions:

Travel: Choose the Danger option, not the exploration one. Then choose "Power is it's own reward.
Music: Choose Expel 10.(This is the only thing you do not find out from Nef's apartment. When you walk into the bar, a guy to your right that you can talk to mentions that this Asari really likes Expel 10.)
Art: If you examined the statue in Nef's room, the artist's name will come up. Choose it.

Other options you want to choose include Hallex when Morinth talks about drugs.

One final note. When the first dialog option comes up, choose "I am confident" option.
