It just occured to me, who would be the main enemy in combat in Mass Effect 3?

Somehow, somewhere deep inside me, I wish that the Batarians would get indoctrinated so we would have the chance to kill them all. But I'm biased lately, having read more about them and realizing how unlovable they are.

At the end of mass effect 2 a reaper is let loose from the collectors base. I have a feeling it will indoctrinate someone you love and they will become your enemy. Could you imagine fighting ashley/kaiden/ or liara as your final boss. Damn what a story arc.

Though there is one reaper left for shepard to kill. It was detached itself from the collectors base if this makes you feel better.

OMG i dont think i could actuly kill Ashley if that hapens, i would be like OMG NOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!, and then use my all mighty paragon persuasion skills to make her fight the brainwashing and come sleep with me again XD

My ruthless colonist renegade Shepard wouldn't shy away from that.

It did not detach itself persay. It only released control. It is still in Dark Space. Worst, it is not just one... the ending shows you him waking up his buddies, and there is a lot of them. I mean.. A LOT.

No because if your remember correctly. Its either EDI/joker who tells you there is a ship attached to the collector base, which if you pay attention to the screen shot is actually a reaper. It was hard to see, but I watch the video over and over a lot. Image IPB

i have a feeling for the majority for ME3 we will be fighting mercs or pirates, gathering allies, then the final boss will be fighting harbinger in human form (maybe like what they did with saren)

Then we're on the same boat, I too have a Colonist - Ruthless Shep, but she has mixed Paragon and Renegade points... a little more towards Paragon, but I must still maintain her Ruthless side active at times...

Husks from millions of years of galaxy farming.

Indoctrinated people from all races.

Probably some kind of Harbinger Avatar boss.

Better yet - Shephard is transformed into a massive size shephard so he directly hit reaper ships. Of course he uses a massive variant of Cain and destroys the whole system with reapers.

Everyone. Every culture, every race. All have been indoctrinated by stealth, barring a few isolated colonies etc here and there. You're on your own, and the clock is ticking..........

Well to be fair you don't even have to have a whole civilization Indoctrinated to cause widespread dillema. Imagine if Hackett was Indoctrinated and gave questionable orders to the fifth fleet.

The whole coucil could even be indoctrinated, hence the reason they don't give a flying **** about the reapers, because they are subtly telling themselves they don't exist.

We had the Keepers and Collectors, both slaves of the Reapers. I can only assume the Reapers were not short sighted and thought of enslaving another race for their main warriors.
