After installing the Dragon Age: Origins I registered the game and when I tried to use the promotion codes but I received an error message and I cannot use one more time the original codes.
Since 7th February, I've sent some emails to the EA support team and they provide me new codes for each one of the promotions. I followed the steps explained in the promotion sheet and it seems that all went well (no error messages) but when I go to "my registered game promotions" I have only one of the promotions enabled and for the Mass Efect (not for the Dragon Age: Origins).
I'm still waiting a solution but please, could anyone help me or tell me which steps I need to follow to be able to fix the problem? :innocent:
