Hello,
i was wondering that if you buy dlc's for ME2 or Dragon age how do you wanna keep them for future usage?

If for example i wanted to play one of the games and its extensions(which i bought at this time, for money) in say about five years, and bioware wouldn't support Me2 or dragon age as much as today, how will i be able to play my downloaded dlc's??same goes for your promo codes (different armor types).

Sure u can download them at this time from their homepage but i looked on my hdd and i couldn't find any of the dlc files for backing up. and who knows if they still got everything on homepage in five years.

To make a long story short : Why should i buy dlc or another extra game content for money when i can't even keep it on my hdd or burn it as a backup on cd??? or maybe i overheard something on how i can backup those files for the future?!

Thanks in advance for any help

The ME2 DLC is downloaded as a separate executable file, so you can just back up those files as you DL them. Although the Dragon Age DLC is Dled in-game, you can manually install it as well. It's available for separate DL Here, so you can back up those files too.
