So even though I made my first post last night, I have been looking over the mass effect forum here for over a week. Ive seen many bugs and problems posted, and on every page is a poster asking "When is someone from bioware gonna address these issues with us?" . I know they made some sort of official press release about the small text, but have they came into any of these threads and officialy acknowledge any of these other problems?
Has bioware responded to any of these issues?

They have not made any official press release, as far as I know, but they have provided some response here:

They have either locked all of the other threads discussing this issue, or, in one case, deleted a thread altogether for reasons that I am not aware of.

i think raven1221 means whether bioware has commented on any of the other bugs. I'd like to know about the "disk unreadable" one myself.

Yea, this is what I was saying. There seems to be so many random bugs and glitchs. Some are a big deal and others not so much. Either way, it would be nice to see them at least address the community and let us know whats goin on.
