I've been hit with the MSSQL errors, regsvr32.exe errors, connecting to database errors, etc. These are all known issues. However, I've tried some of the suggested workarounds to fix this, and my computer is now... disliking me very much, with "your SQL stuff is corrupt or something" error messages when I start up, and telling me things are running when they aren't.
Should I keep trying to rejigger everything (i.e. bash my stupid, computer semi-literate head against a technobabble wall) and hope the toolset eventually works (and doesn't further screw up my computer)? Or will there be a Toolset 1.01 coming soon that will hopefully fix these errors?
Will there be a Toolset 1.01 soon?

Im pretty sure these issues will be fixed soon (although, there actually issues with Micosoft software not the bioware toolset)
If you can wait, and you are worried about doing something you shouldn't i suggest you wait for the offical fix.

New installer is still being worked on and tested. We are constrained in that we need to co-ordinate the toolset release with the next game patch, which takes precedence. Stay tuned to this thread for details:

I hope this happens soon, still havent installed the toolset for fear of messing up my single player campaign.
Im sure there are plenty more waiting for a fixed toolset before they even start down the long road of modding.
