Some of them do. Keep in mind though that this is an expanion. It's much shorter than the original game and takes place in a single location.

For some folks that should be worrying. If it ends up like ME2 well...you might as well not have played 1. (imho)
And that was a sequel not an expansion.

I think the main choices will survive intact, who is ruler and which of the main characters lived/died. I almost wish they had went with just the Orlesian character. Starting a new character would avoid all the pitfalls of old companions/equipment and choices.

Shady,

The Sith Lords didn't do a "canon." The question and answer in the beginning with your companion set the events of Knights 1 that it would recognize. Now, it then nuked the distinction so that Sith or Jedi, your Revan didn't really 'save' or 'win' either way. But I don't see how that was somehow a "good" thing.

Right, forgot about that. I was more referring to all the savegame-continuity anyway. I don't like the concept, I simply don't like it. It makes sense for something ME for example, simply because you play the same character. But if that is not the case, if we get a new character to play, I very much prefer just being tossed a canon. I like influencing an outcome, I like having several endings. But I don't need them to carry over into the next installment, I simply don't need it.

I only hope that my decisions to marry Anora and kill off Alistair will be reflected because seeing my character as King is one of the main reasons I'm even interested in the expansion...
