Hello!

I purchased and registered Mass Effect 2 Digital Deluxe. After that I redeemed Cerberus access code via in-game menu and went for DLC via "New Content Available", worked like charm. But when I'm trying to reach DLC via Games -> Mass Effect 2 -> Official DLC at the community site, system is asking for Cerberus code again and my one is not working obviously. I also have promo code, but kinda afraid to redeem it until situation is resolved. What did I do wrong (if I did) and how to fix everything?

Go to the Registered Game Promotions Page instead. (Found under Profile to the left.) That takes you to the same page "New Content Available" takes you too.

The "Offical DLC" site is only for purchashing/redeeming the Cerberus Network for the first time.

All right, thank you very much, but now my promo code for DD Armor and Weapon is wrong for some reason. I know I never used it since I have nothing to download except free DLC, meaning no Collector's Armor or Collector's Assualt rifle

Update: Found the topic with same problem description, going for support.
Update #2: Spoke to the support, got my promo key replaced with working one. Everything was fine, wanted the thank Martin (the support person) once again, but didn't receive survey fom yet. Looking forward to it <3
Update #3: And oh, My God, why did I stuck with ugly everlasting helmet? I don't mind keeping it on during actual firefights (I guess), but during dialogs? Hear out people's prayers, Bioware, otheriwse it looks like you're punishing those with Collector's editions.
