I originally posted this on my deviantART profile earlier today.
I was rather happy with how it turned out, so I felt like showing it off ¬.¬

This is really the first thing digitally wise like this that i've done, I tend to do cartoons.. or animation so don't hurt me D:

Reference was used from a screenshot I took from the final battle... set is ivory tower >.<

As you can see I kept changing my mind slightly x.x

It is intended to be part of a larger picture, but I keep changing my mind on what said picture would be...
and this picture is probably too big for this forum D:

When I saw it I thought of standing before the archdemon or something, or just in general before a big raid/scene. I'm not sure though that's just what I saw >_>

That's what I first had in mind, but me and dragons have never worked well in the past xD

But it's worth trying it for the challenge

Aye, the grip just seemed way to big and looked very unusual though xD
I preferred how a shortsword looked.

Nice work, Starfeesh. I like the light, shadows and shine on the armor parts the most. They add alot of dimensionality.

Thank you for the kind words, i'm working on incorporating it into a larger piece, might take a while though since i'm new to whole 'realistic' digital art scene >.<
