[Kapn Crunch]

I'm playing as a Male City Elf and cannot get Oghren to show up at all.  I played twice before as Mage and had no problem finding Oghren in the tavern.  I talked to everyone, got the codecs, looted corpses, etc. still no Oghren. I can hear him speaking but don't see him.

Then I made a deal with Rogek favor for a favor.  We agreed that if I deliver his Lyrium he would tell me where to find the Cartel hideout.  I completed the Cartel quest then I delivered the Lyrium in Circle Tower and went back to Dust Town and Rogek is nowhere to be found.  I think that maybe it's because there's a new king Orzammer is the reason he's not there.  Perhaps if I had gone back to Dust Town prior to selecting the king then he would be there.  Anyway, can't complete the Rogek quest.
