I pre-purchased the deluxe edition mere hours before it was available for download, but still within the time to get the pre-purchase ring. Not only that but the Steam edition has a bonus ring too. I've entered my code and got the Deluxe Edition related DLC, but both of my Steam bonus rings are no where to be found. Please help?

You should have a second CD key marked "Dragon Age: Origins Preorder CD Key". Redeem that code.

Go to steam, open the tab "my games"

Right click Dragon Age and select "View game CD key" from the dropdown menu.



It will show you 3 keys, the top 2 are redeem codes which you enter.



Go to http://social.bioware.com/ and login (if you are not already) and from the button "Profile" select "Redeem Promo Code"



There you can enter the 2 keys and get the items bind to your account.



Now launch the game and select "Downloadable Content" from the main menu.

open the Tab "Download Progress" and there you should see your CE stuff downloading. Mind you: until its shows up in the tab "Installed" you wont be able to use it just yet. Just wait till its all downloaded and installed.

I only had one key, up until an hour ago then randomly ANOTHER key appeared. I still don't have my pre-purchase code for some reason, I definitely purchased it before it was released.
