Update: I tried doing the redeeming online and it says the codes have already been used wich is false as I only got the game today and opened it when I got in, can anyone give some help please?

Having just put in DA:O on the 360 and then going to Downloadable Content section of the menu, going to the Redeem EA Code and typing on both codes, one after the other, I got a message saying both are invalid. What do I do? Am I doing something wrong? Was I not ment to put in the -'s? Can anyone give me a clue here.
