I think you just ran out of dialogue because you can't romance 2 LIs....her dialogue will only go so far without being an LI. If you dump Tali you can get new dialogue. That is the only way.
No, it's clear the dialogue won't go any further, I get that. My problem is that unlike Miranda and Samara, who say things basically along of lines of, "Thanks for being a good friend," Jack, who I did NOT romance in anyway still leans torwards dialogue that makes it seem like I was romancing her and not just being Friendly. It's confusing.
