 So, I just installed ME2, and it seems pretty obvious now that there are big issues going on with the servers. It automatically says it lost connection to the ME servers when I try to use the Cerberus activation code in game, but I have a different problem:

I tried to go to the normal code redeeming page, and I put in the promo code for the Collector's Edition. However, it said there was no response from the remote server, and to check the entitlements page. I did, and it was not there. However, when I tried to enter the same code again, it said it was not recognized. Have I been deprived of the CE goodies forever because of server issues? Any way to fix this? Thanks.
