^ um just Google "signature bar tutorial"? like you said?
Theres no 'official' one. people have different styles and make their own signature-look.

just make sure you have photoshop or some editingsoftware >.>

img tags in, so for what you have there put :

(remove the dots in the img tag)

place it in profile>forum settings>(Signature)

How do I make it clickable (a link). Also its just showing up as the words (no pic). Does it take a few min. to kick in or something

as far as i know the proper spelling would be
Dr Chakwas
Dr Liara T'Soni
Dr Mordin Solus
(without '.' after Dr).
But it may vary between languages (may it?)
