Wow, at fist I read that as...

But then I read it again when I realized that grammar didn't quite work, and noticed it actually read more akin to ...

I have enough trust in Bioware to think that this unannounced DLC is actually coming soon (or that they'll at least announce that it's delayed to spare us the grief of waiting), given the "couple weeks" twitter, but who knows, maybe it's misplaced trust.

Just have to wait and see I guess.

... well, I guess the announcement doesn't seem to be coming today.

If we don't at least hear something over the next 24 hours, I'm going to begin to feel rather let down. Hopefully we do hear something, but ... *sigh*

I'd honestly rather not hear about it until they say the exact release date. Saying "soon" or some vague time never works, which is why threads like this exist.

I don't care to start my third playthrough until after the DLCs are out.
I dun wanna go back into my completed games and just run around doing side stuff.
I wanna play it all together.
Planning on making an Infiltrator with Dominate as my bonus talent. :>

I have to entirely agree that my mood would instantly turn from slightly sour to ecstatic just with this kind of mind-easing.

I would have to imagine the only logic that would be keeping them from saying anything right now is something akin to ...

1: Let's release it as soon as it gets through QA Testing!
2: Let's not announce it until we're absolutely sure when it will be released, as to avoid delay.
3: Therefore, let's not announce anything until it finishes getting through QA Testing.

That being said, if that's the case,  a nice "It could be any time now as soon as the QA guys give us the thumbs up." or something to that effect would get me immensely excited right now.

No matter what the status is, there's always SOMETHING that could be said to make us feel like we're not "adrift at sea". Even if it's actually communicating very little.

I'm actually trying to slow down my girl's playthrough so she won't miss out on it. Secretly of course - if she knew what I was doing, she was just say she would do the DLC afterwards, wouldn't, and miss out (and the Mako was one of her favorite parts of the first game).

I'm actually having to come up with distractions while waiting for the announcement.

EDIT: Everyday longer is another day I have to spend money on distractions and so forth.

Perhaps, but honestly since it's been MORE than a couple weeks, it would be at least nice to HEAR something. Some of us need to work schedules and or finances around this stuff.

Can't make it done sooner, true, but we could at least be kept a little less in the dark.
