I just finished my second playthrough and I was wondering where this line from Kal'Reegar is spoken.

Sounds like at the trial for Tali's loyalty mission but I saved Kal'Reegar on Haestrom and he wasn't at the trial.

You get this line if you choose to rally the crowd instead of using charm/intimidate during the trial.



Did you let Tali take Veetor back to the fleet? Fairly sure you can only choose it if you do that and save Kal'Reegar.
