Alignment Mass Effect: Paragon. Commander Shepard is a man with a good heart. He looks out for his team and treats them as though they were his own children. Shepard does not believe in isolationism, and believes that if humanity wants to be strong, they need to cooperate with the other species', both Citadel and non-Citadel.
Alignment ME2: Paragon. Shepard reluctantly joins Cerberus, but only until the mission is done. They resurrected him from the dead, so the least he can give them is his temporary loyalty, but he will never forgive them for their horrible experiments.
Rachni Queen: Alive. Shepard only kills people when they leave him no choice, the Rachni Queen was able to be reasoned with, and Shepard gladly accepted her allegiance.
Status of Wrex: Shepard was there to help Wrex recover his family armor, thus, Wrex offered Shepard his allegiance. 
Sacrificed on Virmire : Ashley. Kaidan was defenseless and without allies, Shepard believed Ashley could survive with the various STG Teams. He was wrong.

I do have an idea of how I want the story of mass effect to be (without to much meta-gaming, but it's just easier to plan a game than regret choices later). So here goes I guess who my final Shepard will be.
