it's going to turn out that Quarians look near identical to humans.. the split toes?... they are just wearing their own form of Tabi-boots... but their tabi split the toes in the middle rather than the bigtoe. Gloves are the same...so after all this mystery ( to the players at least) it's going to be a twist that the quarrians are human doppelgangers.

dun dun..

buy Buddha's left nut I hope that's not the case..

Quarians wear their suits all the time. When would they cut that hair?

As much as I'd like them to have hair, it'd be retarded if they did.

If they have hair does that mean the males would have ZZ top beards? (Really long beard hair)

I doubt they have hair. Spending 90% of their lives in suits makes it hard to groom hair. Also for all we know they may have fur.

I don't think they have hair but they aren't bald. I picture them having tentacle things kinda like what the Asari have on their head. But they aren't bald.

Because I think Shepard would have had some reaction to that Snowraptor. Devs aren't going to hide what quarians look like and then make them ugly. That would be stupid and I'm pretty sure that the game would lose support. That's why I know.

I think the Quarians may be bald, if not, they would be soon. If you know any construction worker or any person in a job where you have to wear a hard hat the entire time, most, if not all of them have developed a bald spot where the straps of the hard hard rest against your head. It is very common, so i wouldn't find it that hard to believe that being stuck in those suits 24/7 could cause the body to "shed" their hair. Just one theory i had...

If they have hair, I'd guess they have to keep it trimmed down for their bio-suits.

It would be extremely unlikely they have hair after all that time in their suits. And if they did have hair, it would be pretty disgusting looking when they showed it to you.

As much as I'd love Tali revealing a sexy head of hair when she pulled off her helmet, It would never realistically happen. She'd either have no hair, or the worst case of helmet hair you ever seen.

They have glowing eyes and are heavily cybernetically modified. It makes you wonder how much organic tissue is left.

I'm going to say no. And, after hot RPG gals like Jack and that Red Wizard companion from NWN2 have successfully sported the bald look, I'm happy to say "no."

I still think a short, pixie hairstyle would suit her. Something like this:

There are many types of "hair" even on our planet. They could simple have hair that is a lot thicker/more robust than human head-hair and slower growing. Something like this wouldn't be ruined by a helmet or require much care.
Or they could have something that is equivalent of hair, just like Drell have this ridge at the side of heads that gives an impression of something equivalent to an ear.

Just making Quarians bald would be even less creative and more dull than the space-elf option.

Suit her? Absolutely. Actually having a cute style like this removing her helm the first time? probably not.

In ME3, a few months after she gets that treatment from Binary Helix to free her from her suit?  I could see that. But I could see Jack having a different hairstyle then too.

I definitely vote no, again because it seems only humans have hair. I mean look at the varren---they're "space dogs" and even they are scaled. Almost every other species seems to be scaled/chitinous. (asari may have very fine scales, or it's just their coloring)

It'd be so awesome if romanced Tali would actually go get gene therapy in ME3 so she could be with Shepard more openly and permanently. I'd drop creds on that in a heartbeat.

With a success rate "approaching 40%"? I think not. We all know what happens when gene modding fails.

I like to think so. I'd agree with the no long hair comments, though.

For Shepard and his team those are much better odds than they usually get. Image IPB

Well it's not as if they just strap Tali down and inject her with gene mod juice. I imagine they test the procedure on samples from the client before they do anything permanent.

I suppose Shepard could put Mordin on the case. That might up the odds a bit.

I think this is one of the reasons they will never show what the Quarians look like.
