No offense intended, but I think this rendition is horrible. It looks far too human, and seems to be based on the Night Elves from WoW.  The Quarians should at least look alien, not like some copy of a WoW character

Minus the extra set of nostrils I think this probably the best rendition of what Tali might look like under the mask:

Even if the Quarians can grow hair, I doubt any of them would still have hair. Having hear would require additional matinence in order to ensure proper hygiene. Considering how they always talk about resources being spread thin on the flotilla, I doubt that they would bother wasting any on keeping their hair clean. It would be much more sensible to just shave your head.

True about the hair treatment, but unlike most quarians tali lives on you're ship where reasources and showers are easy to get to, unlike the floatilla

Yeah but if Tali's been shaving her head her entire life I doubt she would stop doing so on the Normandy.

the eyes and nose are a LIE, a hologram used in the mask
it is a blind creature using it's unnatural senses to see things and a spiked tentacle face, we must all become fishmen before they sexkill all our shepards!

No. There's no hair. The writer(s) have stated so. The glowing eyes? That's still debatable as all it might be (via seeing them from their helmets) might simply be due to give us point of reference for where facial features are located.

As I said:  Point of reference for facial features so the player is able to say "Oh, that's where his/her eyes are located."  Is it possible they have glowing/luminescent eyes?  Sure, I'll give that a chance to be possible.  Is it likely?  Not really.

With the Illusive Man, we can see his face and know:  Okay, that's what's going on, that his eyes glow & why they glow..  No questioning there.  With Tali & other Quarians, we don't have that luxury.  As I said, it's more likely Bioware's way of giving us facial points of reference for the Quarian race and nothing more.  Don't get me wrong, I'll leave room for the possibility of there being either a natural occular glow going on, or something along the lines of what is going on with the Illusive Man.
