Most N7 missons have nothing to do with the story or even have a choice in them. They just seem to be random missions. Does anyone think they will have any impact on ME3?

In ME2, I remember some characters making reference to some of the sidequests I did in ME1.



That big "Eliminate Geth Outposts" mission you get where you have the option to give Tali the Geth data. If you do, then Shepard references it when they first meet.

Well I believe the Cerberus Operative mission will come into play in ME3. Possibly giving you leverage against Cerberus in ME3 if you chose to tell them to take a hike.



And the Javilan Mission where you have to choose between the Starport and Colony will come back into play but that would be minor

I doubt they will be imported, well atleast we wont be dissapointed i guess.

Possibly the various mercenary groups will be weakened in the next game as a repercussion. It seemed pretty likely to me that they would be the first "Reaper sympathizers" that would break out in an attempt to save their own necks.

I think it's a stand-alone N7 mission (ie. not part of a chain) and, if I remember correctly, takes place in a nebula to the right of the Omega one.

I think helping that quarian from the Idenna might help you (in a small way) get the quarians' support for the war effort in ME3. Maybe the Idenna's captain might speak up in favour of Shepard in a big tribunal to decide what to do regarding the geth. Also, Ysin'Mal vas Idenna must be voiced by Nathan Fillion.

It's on a moon orbiting a planet in the system with the mass relay that you jump into while on your way to shutting down the Blue Suns signal transmitter (from another N7 chain).
