I have a face I like, but I want to make a few subtle changes to it. How do I find my face code on PC? Also, is there a console command that will allow me to edit my face in game without restarting?

The face code should be on your squad screen, in the upper left with your level/class. If you imported your character from ME1, though, it won't be there. (Not sure why, but that's how it goes.)
No console command that I know of, sorry.

I don't see it and this character was imported from ME2.

Hmm, and it was originally a new char rather than imported from ME1?
Not sure what to do then. Maybe the bugged codes with imports extend to ME2 NG+.
