When did this start? I've seen it so many times in movies that a character tilts his/her head to crack his/her neck and it's supposed to be an "I'm a bad****" moment. In the cutscene in Ostagar, a Darkspawn strides forward and I said to myself, "He's going to crack his neck." And sure enough ...
