Sweet.

Smart.

Capable.

Hot accent.

And, unlike the other female LIs is the only one that WANTS Shep. The others need him to magically fix their emotional baggage.

One is a relationship. The other two are careers.

Cthulhu = hot.

I feel like I've entered a strange place.

The internets?

I thought it was a series of tubes!

If its wrong to love ancient cosmic horrors then I don't want to be right.

Why do I suspect a Shepard/Cthulhu fan-fiction is now in the works?

Well, the way she jumped on my Shepard during their intimate moment looked like she was going to bite his neck, suck his blood and tear his head off after finishing.
I was shocked.

Methinks being trapped in a suit her whole live without the..."Neural stimulators" on would build up in...erm...'tension'.

No, it isn't.

I don't care if they ever show it and I've actually argued that they shouldn't.

Quarian on Illum, the one turian is trying to pick up, claims any responsible adult quarian has neuro-simulators in their suits. ;)

She just refuses to use them with Shepard imo.

Agreed, the mystery of what she looks like is one of the things that makes her interesting.

I love Tali straight-up because of her personality. I don't care about 'dem hips' or her face. Not really. The main thing that's always been attractive about Tali was her personality, mainly because she's hardly sexualized at all. She's these adorable girl-in-a-bubble, who stutters trying to talk to Shepard and on the same note, is scary good with a shotgun. She's incredibly well-written, and there's a lot of hidden little things (mostly due to the skills of Liz Sroka) such as whenever she uses a quarian curse word such as 'bosh'tet' she usually tends to half-swallow it, which kinda provides a window to how she was brought up. I'd say more if it weren't brought up by other people. At least the other people who didn't mention simply 'hips' or 'exotic'.

Good summation.

Also, I'm glad someone else has pointed out how similar Miranda and Jack are. Those two are truly two sides of the same coin. They're like mirror images of each other.

Cheers Gill. Tali is more of a walk on the beach at sunset - instant romantic perfection without the exhaustion, while the other two are hikes up mountains where the view is spectacular if you have the energy to get up the damn thing. I'd personally only go to altitude for Jack though ;)

I love my crappy analogies...

Hehe, yeah. But Tali wants it to be real, so no stims for her! I think it made her alittle...eager...

Both eager and willing to sacrifice herself at once. I'm telling you, BioWare are freaking masters of manipulation.

She is one of the rare characters that can appeal to both genders.

As a female, she tends to become this...kid sister, especially if you play paragon. She is feisty but she so looks up to you. You have the ability to show her real affection and concern and she is perhaps the sweetest NPC there is.

As for the guys I think she has this geek with the body of teh goddess thing going on. The face is a mystery- so you can imagine how she looks. If you get that far.

While a Mirandaesque/Morriganesque 'I know I am smecksy' woman is hawt, one should never, EVER underestimate the appeal of a hawt woman who is completely clueless about just how hawt she is. Tali would be on their yearly calendar.

I don't hate Tali, I always do right by her. However, I rarely use her.

Maybe its being a female, but she seems like she is kissing my ass all the time. "You haven't seen Shepard in action" and so on. The hero worship makes me uncomfortable. Also, after one mission with her, her accent starts to grate on me.

Sorry Tali fans, I don't hate her I just find her annoying but she is a sweet girl.

Fair enough. I don't think anyone anywhere has been universally loved...apart from JFK of course, but he was an android designed to be loved by all....

I usually play Infiltrator so getting people to stop firing at me/popping out of cover is a huge help while sniping.

'Chikktika vas Paus' is a huge help as a Vanguard too. She always summons it close to the enemies and it always draws attention to itself. Makes Biotic Charging considerably less suicidal. Thats one of the things that makes my Shepard and and Tali such a great team. We work well together.

Like the forum sig :D

And good - glad I'm not the only one who finds the drone useful - I find it helps when I pop out of cover with the machine gun.

She's friendly, always thinks about others before herself, intelligent and capable in her field, has a cute accent, she's upbeat most of the time, and she likes Shepard. She has a thin waist and wide hips, which we are hardwired to find attractive. Her face is hidden so nobody can find her face unattractive.

Right on.. She's just soo cute

I love her occasional sarcastic comment. And how from the first conversation with her squad right after you run into her, she seems to have grown a "quad" as well. I was grinning like an idiot after that.

On that note, you only get this response if you helped her with the pilgramage in ME1.

If you didn't she says she still has trouble believing you are alive and says nothing about her own mission.

Even her data entries you read after that comment how she much she wished you were there to share in the discoveries with her. It was never a question just how important you were to her. Her best friend, even without romantic considerations.

And she never doubts you for a moment, even when you show up with Cerberus personnel. Yet Ashley/Kaidan give you hell about consorting with anti-alien terrorists even when you show up to rescue them with Garrus and another alien. Really underscored who your friends are.
