Muliptle Times now I have incountered this error, on Miranda's and Tali's Loyalty missions most recently. The game goes from working well with no signs of trouble to in a combat situlation, such as at the very end of Miranda's Loyalty Mission, the game suddenly turns black and I get a Windows Box saying:
MASSEFFECT2.EXE NO DISK
There is no disk in the drive. Please insert a disk into drive
\\Device\\Harddisk1\\DR1
along with the Buttons Try again Cancle and Countinue, pressing any of these will make the box go away for a moment only to get

This box will pop up not once, but twice after the original box goes away. Immeditly after I get this error I get the windows box stating that MassEffect 2 has crashed and the option to look for solutions online and what ever else the box says as well as a chance to see the fulll problem signature.
I have tried open and closing my disk drive with both disk one in, as well as changing to disk 2. Neither works.
I do not know what the problem is, as I always have the disk in the drive. This may be related to other problems I have had,

such as the one above or the issue I had orignally where in I could not target any thing relibly.
each time I seem to find a work around another issue takes place.
This current problem also seems to happen totally random and with no set time frame or even repeatable at the area where it occurs, as after getting it on Miranda's the first time I was able to reload from the last Auto save and complete both it and the collector ship with out running into it until I start to do Tali's Loyalty mission.

Above is what it says when it happens, which it just did again, in the problem Details box as the problem Signature. The box that gives me this Info also pops up twice, the first set is what it gives me in the first box, the second is what it says the second time it appears which is right away when the first box ends.
I have had this happen now for the first time relibly in one spot on Tali's Loyatly mission. Right after the Data Thing on the wall which gives you a talk with Tali about what she learned, in the room with the stairwell heading down where the doorway is funneling geth into the room.Three times so far in this one room I have incountered this issue. Odd as I said above it at first was happening and then when I came back into the game the problem was gone and not happening repeatively in any one spot.
Also I have all Graphical settings turned off or as low as they can be set to.
