*The final battle sequence at the end of game - Shepard and his fleet of allies are ready for the onslaught of the Reapers who are believed to be about to jump through the Haelstom sun (the one that was affected by dark energy)*

The Council: "Commander, we really must protest. This dellusion of Reapers has to stop."

Shepard: "We'll see about that in 5...4...3...2...1"

*The sun dies but ...nothing happens*

Shepard: "What..."

*A minute pasts with nothing happening*

The Council: "Commander...we hate to say we told you so..."

Ashley and Kaiden put a blanket around Shepards shoulders*

"Come on Commander, we'll take care of you."

Shepard: "But...but... one of you is dead!"

"No commander, that didn't happen"

*Shepard jerks awake - what a strange dream *

Crewman: "Sir, Captain Anderson would like to speak with you. Apparently the Prothean beacon in the cargohold is doing fine"

*It was all a dream. How odd. Must have been the pot roast last night - he thought it tasted off*

I dont know about the dream part (pretty cliche), but i did laugh a bit thinking about the possibility of the council being right all along, and Shepard suffering from a delusion about Reapers.
