For some reason, I'm having one hell of a time redeeming the Collector Armor code. I came here as instructed by the EA website and went to log in using my EA account with my Blood Dragon Armor and stuff already on it, like it said. However, after trying to log on, it took me to a Bioware Social account creator form. Not only that, it says that my email address is already in use, and that I can't create an account! Am I doomed to lose all of the stuff I already have in exchange for the Collector's Edition gear, or is there a way around this?

Go to support.ea.com/chat and speak to them about the invalid codes, they sorted out a similiar problem to me and gave me a Wicked Oath ring on the 360! as a gift to say sorry.



I told them they didn't work, gave them the code, email, gamertag and date of birth, waited 5 minutes and it was done.

I just finished talking with them and their reply was that I'd have to create a new EA account, and in the process lose what I had in order to redeem the DLC, and that there was no other way around it.



Kind of disheartening, but I'm just not gonna grab the DLC if it means losing everything else. Kind of a waste of $10 for getting the Collector's Edition though :T
