I also had a similar list in my mind. But it is a list of things I always do and things I never do, without paying any attention to whether they are paragon or renegade actions.

I always do:
----------------------------------
Tell the Volus and the C-Sec officer they are asses with the Quarian.
Hug Tali.
Give Veetor to Tali.
Stop the kid from signing up in Omega.
Make the Batarian drink his own poison.
Headbutt annoying Krogans.
Kick the merc out the window.
Kill Elnora.
Kill the mercs at the start of Miranda's mission.
Burn the Krogan in Mordin's mission.

I never do:
----------------------------------
Citadel discounts.
Let Tali get exiled or have her father convicted.
Burn the refinery workers in Zaeed's mission.
Punch the reporter.

I always Renegade Jacob's father. There is no way that prison is acceptable for what he's done. I even think him shooting himself in the head isn't enough really.

Some of the stuff I always do:

Paragon

1. Thank Conrad for holding the reins
2. Yell at the C-sec officer and credit chit Volus
3. Tell Patriarch I will fight for him
4. Stop the Biotic god from getting himself killed.
5. Help the Asari Shopkeeper get back together with Poetic Krogan
6. Rewrite the Heretics

Renegade:

1. Expose the truth about Tali's father
2. Threaten the Turian shopkeeper (if on that playthrough council died in ME1)
3. Kill the batarians with Mordin's assistant
4. Toss the Merc out of the window
5. Punch the reporter
6. Sell the fish to the Krogan
7. Rat out Ish to Anto
8. Punch the crap out of Elias Kelham
9. Help Zaeed kill Vito at the expense of the slaves

Expose the truth about Tali's father?!

If I recall, isn't that the only way to fail to gain Tali's loyalty? Ouch, I have to respect choosing an option that breaks loyalty of a Squadmate, especially a ME1 Returner.

I did that. I expected protests from the store keepers, at least after a while, but nothing happened. It seems they are all stupid.

And he seems to be only posting in my thread too at the moment. Maybe I am like.. tanking him away from the rest of the forums... but maybe I drew him out too.... I am not sure.

Either case I formally and officially apologise to the ME2 Forum comunity for his presence here. As Thread Author I take full blame for this.

In my opinion, she is naive. I am not going to engage in a Quarian cover-up. I don't lose Tali in the final mission, but she sits on the sidelines (No tubes for her). It also avoids any confrontation with Legion.

I agree, I plan to give him over to the Alliance to be tried for his crimes with my very Paragon Femshep, but I'll have to force myself really hard.
Apart from that, it's leaving him to his "subjects" or providing him with the "it's-not-enough-to-defend-yourself-but.." ammo everytime.

I also agree on giving Veetor to Tali, even with my most Renegade Shep I cannot act differently there.
Being rude towards Tali and the Quarian in general is very hard, somehow they just inspire politeness and sympathy ;)

A Paragon choice I will always take is also preventing Jack from killing that surviving guy in her loyalty mission - first, he doesn't at all strike me as someone who "deserves" to die, he's highly confused and traumatized and somewhat pathetic, but that's about it.
Secondly, I cannot really see how Jack is able to get all on her moral high horse in relation to him, seeing as his psychosis in wanting to re-open the facility stems largely from the fact he's had it even worse than her, and for her "benefit" at that.
Thirdly it's just such a classical "You don't really wanna do that!"-moment and it's a rather moving scene with Shepard intervening and saying "Jack! Not like that..." to her in an almost soft tone while he/she helps the guy up.

Renegade: I always shoot the gas tank beneath the Weyrloc krogan, I always shoot the 2 krogan bodyguards on Garrus' loyalty mission, I always shoot the moving tank when beginning Miranda's loyalty mission and I always shock Sgt. Cathka.

I hardly do any paragon interrupts on renegade sheps, so no list for you!

Yeah that vid is depressing - I handled it differently, I exposed her father, and then argued for peace - that changes some of the subsequent dialog, but she still refused to talk to me after the trial.

Uh yes you do, Tali says you betrayed her trust and doesn't become loyal, that's what I would consider failing a loyalty mission.

Um, there's an edit button for a reason... Please don't quadruple post.

Anyway, the first time I played I was playing a Paragon so I didn't know about Elnora and let her go. Never again. That, and the renegade interrupt during Miranda's loyalty mission, mostly because the salarian's face after that is hilarious.

As for Paragon interrupts I always use, well, hugging Tali, the one with the volus and the C-Sec officer, and basically every interrupt there is. If I'm playing on Insanity, I also zap Cathka and blow the tank under the krogan. Ha!
