What kind of packaging is currently being used to send the lithographs and posters in?

The first series of Dragon Age lithographs were sent in cardboard tubes, if I remember correctly, which offered enough protection to withstand the clumbsy handling by the shipping company. Then the store briefly moved into EA's care and the Mass Effect lithographs were packaged in square containers, which resulted in damaged items for some customers.

Naturally I'd rather receive a mint condition lithograph or poster opposed to a damaged one. :P

Hi Helekanalaith - We understand the importance of making sure the Lithographs arrive in mint condition. We use a cardboard tube. Additionally the lithographs are rolled in heavy paper that is slightly longer then the lithograph to take any impact if the Lithograph moves during shipping. Since we've gone to this packing method we haven't had any issues with damages.

Thanks for the quick response; I'm happy to hear that BioWare's store is still using the cardboard tubes. ^_^

I just ordered a set of the new lithos too; and I'm on pins and needles here, hoping and praying to God my lithos make it in minty fresh condition. Also hoping I get low numbers. :D

BioWareStore Jedi's post puts me a bit at ease. So thanks to you Jedi!

I hope to build a complete set. I'm already off to a bad start though; missed the Illium litho! d'oh!
