i have seen video from mass effect where you are being interviewed and then shepard just walks up and punches the news anchor. i was wondering where and when this takes place.
where is the part when you can punch the news anchor on tv?

It occurs when you step out of the elevator coming down from the Normandy docking bay. You need to complete one story planet.

I wonder what happens if you punch her in both games. I punched her in the first and then reloaded and didn't because I did not want to deal with the possible repercussions.

It is more difficult to avoid her than to find her. She'll practically ambush you when you step out of the elevator.

It's on the Citadel. After you have control of the Normandy, go do 1 story mission. Then return to the Citadel and after taking the elevator from the docking bay to C-Sec, she'll be dead ahead of you.
I did the interview in the first game but I decked her in the second. She can now be emotionally engaged to my fist imprint ^^

I punched her in both games. It was epic. On ME1 you choose the Renegade option "Time to shut you up!". Then I saw her in the 2nd game I told myself "Please please please let me punch her again", so I'm acting all nice to her and then the Renegade interrupt opens up...SMACK! Right in the face. Blood runnin down her nose, it was a much better punch than in ME1, but I was hoping it would be the same animation as the first punch cuz that punch is lol funny.
Make sure you have SOME Renegade points...cuz I didn't get the interrupt option on my Paragon.

In ME2 both Paragon & Renegade options are well done!
By the sound of thing I really need to get alot more renegade points before meeting her in ME1!

Definitely import a ME1 character...more sidequests. Another thing is it'd be wise to go Paragon or Renegade, not both...being a total Renegade (with the dialogue, not the big choices) is more fun than Paragon in ME2 IMHO. A good example of this fun is getting your discounts at stores the Renegade way

I don't think a kinetic barrier can stop a fist, it moves to slow. I'm hoping ME3 gives us the chance to put her, and certain other annoyances, out of their misery for good.

I hope you can punch her again in ME3. Her response if you punch her in both games is "You can't keep treating the media like this!". I'd like to prove her wrong.

I'd like to start an all out brawl with her!
Then do a Fatality on her to finish it off.

I really HAVE had enough of her snide insinuations.
And it's right in C-Sec, I think on the second visit to the Citadel.
Also, you have to choose the option that says "Time to shut you up!" and you'll hit her.
