Whenever I attempt to zone into the Chantry building in Loithering on my newest character, my game seems to crash. This is rather annoying, as it effectively means that I cannot get Sten as a companion. However, it has worked perfectly fine in the past on my four other characters, and the only thing that has changed since then is that I have redeemed the codes that come with the Digital Deluxe version of the game and downloaded those contents (Band of Fire, Blood Dragon Armour, Collector's Edition Pack, Memory Band, The Stone Prisoner and Warden's Keep).

Does anyone have any idea as to what could cause these crashes, or how to fix them, even?
