Please give us a squad retrain powers. I feel like I invested in squad warp ammo for nothing when Garrus or Thane switch to their useless level 1 AP/Shredder automatically (Jacob too, but there's really no reason to use him after completing Omega).

If you're on PC you can use gibbed save editor to reset squad points. Open your save, go to the Toolbox tab, look at the Henchmen section, and click Refund all points. You can also adjust how many talent points they have, but I've forgotten how.

Agreed to OP, preferable solution being retrain powers for squadmates.

There's also a workaround on Xbox360 where you press some buttons in some manner on some screen and you gain a bonus talent point for your squad member. If you do it right you can reset their bonus power and refund any points in it

I agree, although I'd like it if when you retrained powers, you don't lose any skills you open up.

It would be also good if bioware remove the stupid unlocking for shepardt and squadmates. If
If someone want to max samaras pull he has to sacrifice reave or the class talent.Pure nonsense.

The wasted skill points annoy the hell out of me. What's the point? So if we want to use them all, the only way is NEVER take a skill that is requirement dependent like Incendiary Ammo? This is B/S!

I wouldn't even need the full sqaud points. What I do not like is having to waste a point a skill I have no intention of ever using, to unlock the one I do want. This prevents me being able to put full points into the skill I do want.

I agree! Though I don't think that this will be fixed in ME2. I'd also like to see an option to turn off all power used by squad mates like in ME1.

I'll /sign on though for the obvious simple solution... make the retrain research effect ALL squad members including Shepard.

I thought we could switch off our team use of powers? I am sure you can, its in the options menu where you change difficulty. Becareful though because if you switch it to off, it will change back to on after you change difficulties.

you can use gibbed's save file editor to reset or add squad member points

Let's hope they release a fix for this in future DLC. I don't think they're gonna patch this specific problem without including more content to go along with it. They've already gone this long without doing anything about it.

There are two choices for team powers. "On" so they will use everything, and "Off" which sets them to only using defensive and ammo powers. At least this is on the Xbox. Not sure what the PC has. In ME1 I could turn everything off even defensive powers. Back to the topic though! Releasing control!

- give us a way to retrain powers of the Squad Members (research?)

- give every Squad Member like Jacob and Miranda 31 Squad Points total.

This. And everyone is happy.

all they really need to do is up the level cap to maybe 35. there should be enough exp in one playthrough to get to that level so why not. heck i get to 30 without doing any of the N7 missions.

and also more acheivments... by my 3rd playthrough i had them all, i want more things to go after:D

like having everybody except for tali survive
NOT BEING A TALIMANCER
 500 GS
