Hi all
When I select "squad shredder ammo" for my team, it automatically switches back to "incendiary ammo" after approx. 10 seconds. Anyone else encountered this problem?

Do you have a Squadmember with you that has the Squad Incendiary Ammo? If so then that is your problem. Two Squadmembers have Incendiary Ammo Grunt and Jackob.

Yes, Jacob is in the squad and has squad incendiary ammo, but does he override my decision to use shredder ammo?

Yes sadly.
It gets really funny if you have two squadmembers with two different squad ammos, they will change it as fast as their cooldowns allow.
