If you have to gather all new squadmates in ME 3 it will make ME 2 pretty pointless, since the whole game is basically just gathering the squad. Besides these people are supposed to be the toughest s.o.b:s in the galaxy, so where are you going to find even better squadmates against the Reapers?

Annoying hmmm...I think it should be left to our level of skill and choices if someone takes the time to really build their character then they should reap the benefits! If we can keep all the team mates alive then we should be able to choose who we want to have with us in ME3 including former ME1 characters...i really hate it when you do everything right only to have the game creators kill off a character!



Personally i would love a game where you can walk up to any random character and coax them to join you, with persuasion skill of course, i would recruit the council and send them on the suicide missions and keep anderson and the Ullusive man in my party. As long as they keep Garrus and Miranda around i will be happy anyway they go! AND THEY BETTER NOT KILL OFF SHEPARD IN THE END OR THEY WILL HAVE A ANGRY MOB ON THEIR DOORSTEP...me included lol!

Maybe we can have a pet Thresher Maw in ME3 i know who i would be sending it after lol Jack for one if she starts any more trouble...lol

Sorry i meant Jack! Rather then recruit the council maybe i can have my new pet eat them mwahahaha! I have to admit besides his obvious downsides the Illusive man was the most intrigueing and well made characters in ME2! Got to love the personality!

I am going to buy the game regardless of who can or can not be in my squad. I would rather see what happens and complete the story which is above any particular character (save commander Shepard him/her self).

Seriously, I do plan on making a dry run before ME3 comes out to ensure Jack dies in that last mission in ME2. I hope that BioWare at least ensures anyone that dies in one's last ME2 savegame doesn't return.

Wrex on the other hand, I'd love to see return in ME3 as a main character. That substitute Krogan is okay, sure, but Wrex is irreplaceable.

TIM definitely is an interesting character, and I would admit I wouldn't mind having him as a crewmate. But I think he does better with his current job, and unless he'd come with me if we can go rogue, screw him.

That makes no sense. ME2 was mostly recruiting missions. So how would more recruiting missions in ME3 make it different from ME2? I don't want any new squadmates in ME3. All your ME3 squadmates should only be surviving squadmates from ME1 and ME2.

same. it'd take some pretty drastic Bad News to put me off buying ME3. i'm kind of worried that Jack won't make it in though. i understand she's of one of the lesser characters, popularity-wise.
