I think either A. He's putting the moves on someone or B. He is very amused/perplexed at someone trying to intimdate him. He also looks kind of like a good guy for some reason.

I'm not sure, its a combination of the eyes and the color of her tatoo, lips, eyes and hair. She seems like someone who could be a good friend but if she's pissed at you, you really better watch out.

@ Panda - When I first started making characters, it seemed like they all had similar qualities and looked similar. However, when I looked at yours, it gave me an idea of what I could accomplish if I had a thought to do so.
