 GoodDay To You All,

 Just wondering if I can remove the folder for the Nvidia stuff as I have a ATI card. or are these files somehow linked to other files in the install?

While Nvidia does hardware PhysX, the game still uses it as the core physics in software mode so probably not a good idea to remove it.

I have another game going right now so haven't really got into DA:O as of yet. Hope your enjoying it though.

Do not remove the Physx stuff. I am having problems with my game and since I've installed a new ATI card I thought it might be something to do with that...I uninstalled anything Nvidia related and then got a missing physxloader.dll message...now I'm worse off than before.

You can download Physx directly from Nvidia at this link:

Just reinstall it and you should have fixed this problem.
